Return and Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:

1. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped, it cannot be cancelled through our website.

Return Policy:

1. Returns and exchanges are applicable only to select products. Detailed return eligibility and conditions are provided on the respective product pages. For most eligible products, the standard return window is 3 days from the date of delivery.
2. The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.
3. In case we do not have a pickup service available at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.
4. Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-to-case basis.

NOTE FOR RETURN

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed condition for hygiene and safety reasons.
• Products with broken seals, opened packaging, or signs of use cannot be returned or exchanged.
• The product should be returned with its original packaging, labels, and any complimentary items received with the order.
• Customized, personalized, or specially formulated skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the applicable return period (refer to the respective product page) will not be accepted.
